- Increase your MATLAB expertise and help develop and innovate our MATLAB-based services and products
- Focus on multi-disciplinary HardwareEngineering processesand Simulation Engineering applications
- Support Engineering processes, assist with Design questions and Application support (knowledgeable support desk)
- Take ownership of reported issues, and escalate when needed
- Work in close alignment in a team with multiple 1st, 2nd & 3rd line support engineers
- Align with multiple Agile teams on solutions forthe developers (users)
- Handle supporttickets, try to solve issues immediately, or create incidents to follow-up. Monitor progress of open tickets.Drive progress towards internal and external partners for incident resolution
- Incident management andidentifying problems for supported Services, mainly in the Engineering Simulation area
- Supportand handle standardized requests from Engineering
- Focus on automation of repeated requests and recurring incident resolution activities
- Participate as technical IT support engineer in running projects within the team
- Investigate and suggest non-standard changes with a limited scope
- Deliver support on IT services based on Windows and Linux
- Perform limited application and infrastructure testing as part of change or escalation management
- Bash/Power Shell scripting
- Linux / Windows OS knowledge

Education and experience
Education: Bachelor level or equivalent in Engineeringor Information Technology.
Experience: Worked in similar environments for 1 to 4 years.

one of the clusters within ASML's IT organization is IT SD R&D(). This cluster is responsible for the engineering infrastructure services and applications/tooling for ASML's Research and Development organization. We ensure that these services are running in an optimalway, and we investigate how to innovate these services.
IT SD R&D supports two development disciplines: Hardware (mechanical, electrical, simulation) and Software engineering. As a MATLAB DevOps Engineer in the Hardware department, you will be part of an Agile Release Train, supporting engineering simulation applications for ASML Development, Engineering and Research worldwide.
You will report to the IT Group Leader Hardware Engineering Simulation of the department.
