    Reports to: Senior Sales Manager BeNeLux

    Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
    As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of account-specific business plans to achieve account profitability and sales targets. You will manage assigned accounts and open new national accounts to provide key execution and full support for the accounts' activity in selling our baby & writing products.

    You will be part of the BeNeLux sales team, working with some of the best-known brands like NUK, Tigex, DYMO, Parker, Waterman, rOtring, PaperMate, Sharpie, Elmer's .
    You will work from home yet connected with our offices in Tilburg (NL) and Sint-Niklaas (BE).

    We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

    Your Key Responsibilities as an Account Manager:
    • Manage assigned accounts and deliver top line sales revenue for represented brands.
    • Prospect and establish new distribution partners to expand market reach.
    • Empower innovative win-win customer and channel strategies using understanding of customers, market, and competitors.
    • Conduct regular reviews of business performance, support and execute strategies that align with overall customers and company goals.
    • Execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the annual physical & digital activation calendar for customers.
    • Monitor category performance and adjust strategies to meet business plans.
    • Executes pricing and trade fund strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth.
    What You'll Need

    Minimum:
    • Proven track record of experience in sales & account management (preferably in FMCG sector)
    • Fluent Dutch & English (written & spoken),
    • Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint and preferably PowerBI,
    • Demonstrated extensive experience in sales negotiation and growing profitable businesses,
    • Bachelor's degree
    Your advantage:
    • Demonstrated success in handling Dutch retail chains such as Kruidvat, Etos, Jumbo, Albert Heijn or Superunie.
    • Very good communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
    • Proven ability in a multinational, complex corporate setting, with the energy and initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical abilities and adept at problem-solving.
