Job summary
We are seeking two highly experienced AML Transaction Monitoring / Model Risk professionals to temporarily strengthen the Transaction Monitoring (TM) Model Risk team during a critical transition phase.- Support the end-to-end model lifecycle, including: Governance Validation Monitoring Remediation Ensure AML Transaction Monitoring models remain effective compliant and well-governed Actively identify model risks performance issues and control gaps Challenge assumptions and assess model performance and outcomes Drive remediation activities and ensure follow-up actions are completed Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across risk compliance operations Provide technical guidance mentorship junior team members Contribute documentation reporting regulatory readiness.
