    • Coordinate and track inbound airfreight shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
    • Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
    • Communicate with suppliers, airlines, and customs brokers to resolve import/export-related issues and ensure compliance.
    • Arrange transportation and negotiate rates with carriers for efficient movement of goods.
    • Perform inventory reconciliation and manage stock levels for import/export goods.
    • export regulations, customs tariffs, and trade agreements to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
    • Assist in staff retention and training efforts.
    • Communicate with the departmental manager regarding progress and problems or issues.
    • Track and monitor import/exports shipments to ensure on-time delivery and manage any delays or disruptions.
    • Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests related to airfreight import/export.
    • Assist in evaluating and selecting service providers to optimise supply chain efficiency.
    • Coordinate with finance department to process and reconcile import/export-related invoices and payments.

    • Fluent in English
    • 2 years of experience within the field of logistics
    • Available for 40 hours
    • Travel expense reimbursement at €0.21 per kilometer with a maximum of 50 kilometers one way.
    • Additionally, you will receive 24 vacation days. Each subsequent contract year adds 1 day, up to a maximum of 27 days.
    • Bonus scheme based on company performance. Paid out in May/June after the fiscal year's closure (approximately one month's salary).
