    Key Responsibilities of the Front Office Supervisor:

    • Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
    • You are working with the operations team to Check in and check out guest and deliver magical guest experiences
    • Take care of pre-arrival arrangements such as Guest amenities and room assignment
    • Sharing is caring; share all positive and negative guest reviews during your shift to develop the team and improve our guest satisfaction; YES I CAN
    • Make sure that during the shift there is a complete focus on Radisson Rewards Enroll our guest and deliver the benefits for our Club, Premium and VIP members
    • Supervises the front office team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department
    • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders mainly Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Meeting & Events and Housekeeping
    • Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
    • Delivers the plans and objectives where front office initiatives & hotel targets are achieved
    • Recognize potential Corporate guests and share details with Sales for business growth opportunities
    • Ever heard about stranded flights? During your shift you communicate with the Airlines at Schiphol Airport and Increase occupancy during your shift with sometimes more than 50%, the excitement of accommodating more than 100 guests within an hour. You are the Manager on Duty to make it happen
