    The Role

    Yoursafe is entering a phase of aggressive execution. We have the infrastructure: a European branch network, a Dutch national radio license, a scalable Open Issuing platform, and over 100 country-specific domains. We have the products: Yoursafe YOU for the global digital workforce, Yoursafe ABC for government disbursements and FundMe for the GenZ social economy. Now, we need the traffic.

    You are executing growth. Are you the Growth Hacker – Global Issuing (m/f, full time position) we are looking for?

    In this role, you will not wait for permission or big budget approvals. You will execute. You will be responsible for getting our "Hero Products" and "Secondary Products" in front of the right audiences in our focus clusters: from freelancers in the Philippines and Brazil to GenZ users in the Netherlands and Germany.

    You will deploy every tool in the marketing arsenal (SEO, SEA, Social [TikTok/Instagram], PR, and video content) to ensure our value propositions reach the right audience in the right country. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and leverage our internal Amsterdam Content Studio and Yoursafe Radio to create content that converts.

    Your Responsibilities

    Execute Country-Specific Strategies: Deploy targeted campaigns for specific clusters defined in our 2026 strategy. You know that selling FundMe to a Dutch student requires a different funnel than selling YOU accounts to a digital nomad in Thailand or a "Wealth Protection" account to a user in Turkey.

    Hack the Funnel: Manage the full acquisition funnel. You are responsible for driving traffic to our local domains and optimizing the conversion from "visitor" to "active user.

    Content Leveraging: You don't just post ads; you use assets. You will utilize content generated by you in our Amsterdam Content Studio to drive engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram.

    Rapid Testing: Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and channels. If a campaign for Yoursafe ABC in Germany isn't working, you pivot immediately. If a FundMe campaign goes viral in the Netherlands, you scale it instantly.

    AI-Driven Localization: Use AI tools to ensure our message resonates locally. You will ensure that a user in LATAM feels as at home with Yoursafe as a user in Amsterdam, leveraging our AI-content pipelines for speed and accuracy.

    Measure Everything: Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention. You steer by data, not gut feeling.

    Total Action: Work without silos. You will collaborate directly with Product, Compliance, and the Radio team to remove friction points in the user journey.

    You are:

    • A "Hacker" at heart: You don't need a playbook; you write one. You find clever, low-cost ways to drive high-volume traffic.
    • Platform Fluent: You understand the nuances of TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord. You know where GenZ and the digital workforce live online.
    • Execution-Focused: You prefer launching and learning over long planning cycles.
    • Data-Driven: You are comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) and performance marketing platforms.
    • Culturally Adaptive: You understand that a "one-size-fits-all" approach doesn't work for a company targeting 100+ distinct countries.
    • Smart: you have completed your (HBO or WO) education and are ready for this challenge.
