The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• The Warehouse Department Supervisor plays a pivotal role in coordinating and managing all activities within the department.
• This leadership position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient shift transitions, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Key responsibilities include goal achievement, staffing management, conducting interviews, and facilitating training.
• The Supervisor is also tasked with monitoring and improving processes, addressing operational challenges, and implementing corrective actions.
• Acts as a means of escalation to the manager and can make decisions in the correct follow-up.
• Responsible for the implementation of corrective/preventive actions in own department.
• Identifying bottlenecks and making suggestions about adjustments to policies and/or procedures and plans.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

The Profile

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Several years of demonstrable managerial experience.
• Experience in shift management and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the English language; both oral and written.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability.
