    An Enterprise Business Partner in the Strategy Market Forecasting (known as MA&F) team is responsible for partnering up with Enterprise Strategy and global stakeholders in identifying and assessing attractive market opportunities for Philips. These opportunities are focused on understanding existing and emerging customer needs, key healthcare technology trends such as the rise of big data and AI and are often at the intersection of consumer and clinical spaces.

    Your Role:

    At the core of the Strategy department, one of the most dynamic teams of the company, the Strategy Market Forecasting team (known as MA&F) offers an opportunity to join a team at the epicenter of Philips strategy to reshape itself in the face of an evolving marketplace. As the Enterprise Business partner, you will be responsible for identifying the most attractive market opportunities for Philips to pursue and provide key support in the evaluation of new product and business opportunities globally. These opportunities are focused on understanding existing and emerging customer needs, key healthcare technology trends such as the rise of big data and AI and are often at the intersection of consumer and clinical spaces.

    You will identify and gain an in-depth understanding of key global and local market drivers across the health care space – prevention, diagnosis, treatment and recovery – to build market sizing and forecasting models. These models, and your insights generated through the modeling process, will be integral in shaping enterprise and business strategy and driving the planning process within Philips.

    In this position, you will work side-by-side with the Enterprise Strategy and Business Development teams and will have a direct line of access to the Philips business leadership teams.

    Your role:

    • Help the leadership teams define strategy, scope and roadmaps for enterprise-level priorities
    • Build market size and forecasting models to underpin opportunity assessment
    • Develop expertise, synthesize information, generate insights for a variety of stakeholders across Philips including the Executive Committee
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the company to capture relevant data points and insights to underpin robust view on opportunities for Philips to grow with a focus on organic growth
    • Collaborate on a project basis with Enterprise Strategy and Business Development, business groups and markets organizations, marketing intelligence teams, finance, investor relations, and other key stakeholders to leverage the MA&F models and analytical capabilities
    • Develop competitor analyses and actionable broader industry insights for key stakeholders

    You're the right fit if:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role
    • Proven background in healthcare market analysis (i.e., equity research analyst, strategy consulting or other relevant employment)
    • Candidates must have a university degree, preferably in, Engineering or Business / Finance (MBA, PhD or other relevant graduate degree is a plus).
    • International exposure and executive-level communication skills

    Successful candidates should

    (1) be comfortable networking both within and outside of Royal Philips

    (2) have strong analytical skills

    (3) possess solid presentation skills to deliver various market insights to key Royal Philips business group and geographic market decision makers. We expect our team members to exhibit a high level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and creativity.

    (4)With key Health Systems locations across the world, the travel requirement is roughly 20%.This will include international travel.
