Aurélien is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for the new Flagship Store in Amsterdam.
In summer 2023, our Flagship Store in Amsterdam will open its doors. We are looking to form a team of enthusiastic and talented individuals to provide an unmatched customer experience.

As Assistant Store Manager, you hold the critical position of embodying the Aurélien brand in each and every client interaction.

You are an excellent communicator and brand ambassador.

You make the shopping experience at Aurélien unique and comfortable for our clients and you are able to assist the Store Manager on multiple tasks on the floor as well as administrative tasks.

You act as Store Manager when he or she is not working on the floor. Therefore it is critical that you have advanced people skills.

In short, your responsibilities are:

Assisting the Store Manager on the floor and administrative tasks
Optimizing store and people performance based on targets
Visual merchandising: ensuring the optimal visual presentation of the collection
Communicate clearly and proactively with the Store Manager

Requirements:

Affinity with the brand
Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant clientrelated experience
You speak Dutch or English fluently
