    As a Consultant (mid-level) in SE&I, you will lead multiple Credits & Data project form start to finish, ensuring top-notch execution within deadlines and budgets. Specifically for CCOC "Credit Chain Oversight Committee", you'll bridge the gap between the Oversight Committee and bank initiatives, solving problems and meeting stakeholder needs. You'll provide insight, oversight, and control over end-to-end change, coordinating complex issues and requirements. With strong communication and problem-solving skills, you'll guide us through challenges, ensuring success.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects, developing project plans, and managing all phases of project execution
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering solutions to any challenges that arise
  • Leading a team of Consultants and business experts, sharing best practices and acting as a sparring partner for colleagues within SE&I
  • Organizing and chairing meetings between key project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective decision making
  • Monitoring progress against project timelines and tracking project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities, and interdependencies between workstreams
  • Reporting project progress and risks to the client (Expressing complex matters in a clear story and presenting appealing, well-designed PowerPoint slide decks to senior management)

    Join a team of highly skilled and passionate professionals As a Consultant in our Strategy Execution & Implementation department, you'll be part of the Credits & Data team consisting of 15-25 Consultants. This team has a central role in the Strategy Execution & Implementation department within the COO organization.
    Your assignment for the (at least) the next 2 years is within the Credit Chain Oversight Committee (CCOC) team within Corporate Banking. The CCOC is responsible for ensuring proper alignment of the Credit Domain within the bank and driving change in the end-to-end credit chain. In our team, approximately 12 people work together in a hybrid work environment, with frequent communication to solve credit-(chain)-related issues. We help each other to fix things for the greater benefit of the bank.
    Located at our Amsterdam head office, you'll occasionally work from our different branches and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.     In summary, we're seeking a candidate who brings:

  • A university level education, 6-10+ years of relevant work experience; of which a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the world of banking (lending) and/or risk management, preferably with a background in consultancy
  • Strong analytical and thinking skills
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management on both senior and lower levels
  • Experience working with different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Professional working proficiency in English and preferably in Dutch
