  • Education: A Master's degree (HBO/WO) in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 710 years in the pharmaceutical process industry, showcasing leadership acumen and successful teambuilding capabilities.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problemsolving, and innovative thinking under pressure.
