What will you do?
Your career as a customer service representative at the Tax Office kicks off with an internal, paid 12-week training to set you on the right path. As a customer service representative, you are the face of the Tax Office. When individuals have inquiries, you are the first person they speak to on the phone. Your tasks include:
Throughout the training, we require you to be available full-time so you don't miss anything interesting. The training takes place from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00, with Wednesdays off. After the training, you can choose your work hours, ranging from 20 to 36 hours per week, between 8:00 and 17:00. Work during office hours and enjoy your weekends off.
