Data Lead to join the Talk360 team


What will you do?

• Lead the data analytics team (currently only 1 Data Analyst + potential freelancers) to provide comprehensive data support to teams across Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, Sales, Operations, and People & Culture, with a strong focus on growth and product.
• Measure new product feature impact, analyze pricing impact, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Develop compelling data visualizations and dashboards to provide actionable insights on business performance and areas for improvement.
• Conduct weekly business performance reporting and proactively investigate any issues and anomalies that arise.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in user experience and business performance through data analysis, driving roadmaps based on insights and recommendations.
• Construct optimized data models to facilitate analysis and dashboard creation.
• Actively contribute to fostering a datadriven culture by providing training sessions and developing documentation and selfservice tools for enhanced data access and analysis across all teams.

Who are you?

• You have advanced
  SQL, Python, and
  R skills with proficiency in
  Tableau.
• You have experience building data models, preferably with
  DBT.
• You have experience in Startups and scaleups
• You can connect data analysis findings to the business goals and provide actionable recommendations that have a positive impact on business outcomes;
• You are a natural leader, and can guide and coach your colleagues
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience, understanding what is needed to collaborate and communicate to stakeholders across all levels.
• You have at least 5 years of handson analytics experience working with product, marketing, and operations, ideally at a software/tech scaleup.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• You are a proactive, selfstrarter, and ready to roll up your sleeves. This is a collaborative role, and we expect you to both lead the team, but also be involved with the daytoday tasks.
• You have strong project management experience, from planning to delivery stages.
• You have a growth mindset, are keen to learn, and not scared to fail fast, and learn fast.
• You are purpose driven: : we are a calling app focused at bridging distances for migrants.
• You can connect data analysis findings to business goals and provide actionable recommendations that positively impact business outcomes.
• You have strong project management skills and are ready to take the lead and drive crossfunctional projects.
• You are excited about building a datadriven culture.
