    As Yoursafe grows across Europe and beyond, making our services available in local languages and in the context of other cultures matter more than ever.

    Yoursafe operates a growing European branch network, hold a Dutch national radio license, and run a scalable Open Issuing platform that supports multiple customer facing products. The next phase is executing growth.

    Our objective is clear: activate, localize, and grow our issuing business in our 100 target countries, using technology, content, and operational discipline. To execute this, we are hiring a Head of Growth - Global Issuing (m/f), full time position.

    This role owns international customer growth and activation for all issuing products, both consumers and businesses. Your mandate is not awareness or branding - it is measurable growth per country.

    You will build and lead a cutting edge multi-disciplinary growth organization consisting of localization specialists, growth hackers, and AI-driven content pipelines. You will strategize on market entries and industrialize it using AI-assisted content creation, verification, and contextual validation, which can be executed through our Amsterdam Content Studio. You will use modern and effective growth hacking methods to promote content that can go viral and attract customers to all our issuing related products.

    This is a senior, hands-on role. You are expected to design systems, run experiments, and scale what works - fast.

    Your responsibilities:

    Global Issuing Expansion

    • Own the rollout and growth of issuing products in 100 predefined target countries.
    • Translate global strategy into country-level execution plans with clear activation and usage KPIs.
    • Prioritize markets based on regulatory readiness, demand signals, and unit economics.

    AI-Driven Localization at Scale

    • Build a repeatable localization engine using AI for content creation, verification, and contextual accuracy.
    • Ensure every market has locally relevant messaging across websites and (social) media.
    • Lead the localization specialists responsible for linguistic, cultural, and regulatory correctness.

    Organic Growth & Distribution

    • Drive growth primarily through organic channels: SEO, local domains, content, referrals, and community loops.
    • Own and scale the performance of 100+ country domains and localized landing structures.
    • Engineer growth loops that convert trust into adoption, not just traffic.

    Content & Studio Operations

    • Operationally leverage the Amsterdam Content Studio as a production engine for all relevant visual content.
    • Translate product functionality into scalable short-form video, audio, and written content.
    • Integrate Yoursafe Radio and social channels into a single distribution and experimentation pipeline.

    Growth Systems & Data

    • Define and track country-level growth metrics: activation, usage, retention, CAC (organic), LTV, and velocity.
    • Run continuous experimentation and shut down initiatives that do not perform.
    • Build, structure, and lead a high-output growth organization.
    • Set clear execution standards and accountability across growth hackers, localization specialists, and content operators.
    • Work tightly with Product, Operations, and Issuing to ensure alignment.

    You are:

    • A senior growth operator with proven experience scaling digital or fintech products internationally.
    • Comfortable owning outcomes across dozens of markets simultaneously.
    • Highly structured, data-driven, and execution-focused.
    • Experienced in using AI as a production and verification tool, not a gimmick.
    • Able to turn complex financial infrastructure into clear, locally resonant value propositions.
    • Motivated by building systems that scale, not campaigns that win awards.
