- Provide HR insights and support to business leaders, driving effectiveness and alignment with business objectives;
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent;
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts, collaborating with legal counsel as needed;
- Handle payroll processing, contract management, performance reviews, and oversee office maintenance, ensuring smooth operations;
- Challenge and coach leaders to provide trusted counsel, fostering a high-performance culture;
- Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, documenting key HR procedures and establishing shared office management processes.
- A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience, preferable in an international/global corporate environment;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business;
- Fluency in English and Dutch, written and spoken;
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and HR best practices;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
- You like to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations;
- You have a great passion for people, are empathetic and have a positive appearance;
- You have relevant work experience in an administrative position in the field of HR;
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite & HRIS).
