- The working days are from Monday to Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Wednesday and Friday from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The rest of the hours can be flexible. This is a part-time position of 18.5 hours per week.

As a hands-on team leader, you are both a cleaner and a supervisor at Damen Shipyards. Damen Shipyards Group is a Dutch shipbuilding conglomerate with over thirty subsidiaries at home and abroad and headquartered in Gorinchem.
As a hands-on team leader, you lead a team of cleaners and are the right hand of the area manager. You and your team are responsible for cleaning the floors, common areas, and restrooms of the employees.
At Gom, you are more than a hands-on team leader: you know the procedures and where to go. You are the direct contact person for the customer regarding everything related to our services.
