    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
    Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
    Salary: €4,500 - €5,000 gross per month

    We are currently looking for an HRBP for this well-established hotel group in Amsterdam.

    This hotel group is very well known in the city and their 4* and 5* properties are well recognized by tourists and locals. We are looking for someone who has previous experience and loves working in a high-paced environment; this is a vibrant operation and, as such, needs a professional with a personality to match.

    As the HRBP, you will be aligning the objectives for the business with your personnel and acting as the middle person between the staff and management; you will be integrating HR policy and keeping abreast of the latest legislation changes. You master the Dutch language and have previous experience in hotels.

    In summary

    • Implement the HR Strategy
    • Develop strong and trusting relationships with the HR team, staff and Executives
    • Advise and guide Department heads and managers on employee relations issues.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
    • Supporting with inductions, delivery of parts of our management development programmes and
    • Advising on the development of teams and individuals
    • Advise and support with a variety of ER issues, supporting managers in managing performance,
    • Being aware of our rewards strategy, including bonus schemes
    • To attend all departmental meetings, briefings & internal or external training sessions as required.
    • To ensure maximum efficiency; employees are engaged on the basis that they must be
    • prepared to undertake reasonable duties other than those for which they have been specifically engaged.
    • Take control of the change process
    • Collaborate closely with Senior management and staff
    • Oversee staff development programs
    • Manage employee retention and recruitment

    You will need to have

    • Fluency in Dutch and English
    • A good understanding of Dutch employment law
    • 2-3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry
    • The right to work in the Netherlands
    • HR qualification
    • Ability to develop strong relationships and gain trust with team members across the
    • business
    • Ability to prioritize work efforts and navigate change Ability to work independently and be proactive in identifying opportunities and
    • recommending solutions
    • Strong project management, communication and organizational skills
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential situations and info appropriately
    • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable
    • laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
