- Implement the HR Strategy
- Develop strong and trusting relationships with the HR team, staff and Executives
- Advise and guide Department heads and managers on employee relations issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Supporting with inductions, delivery of parts of our management development programmes and
- Advising on the development of teams and individuals
- Advise and support with a variety of ER issues, supporting managers in managing performance,
- Being aware of our rewards strategy, including bonus schemes
- To attend all departmental meetings, briefings & internal or external training sessions as required.
- To ensure maximum efficiency; employees are engaged on the basis that they must be
- prepared to undertake reasonable duties other than those for which they have been specifically engaged.
- Take control of the change process
- Collaborate closely with Senior management and staff

- Fluency in Dutch and English
- A good understanding of Dutch employment law
- 2-3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry
- The right to work in the Netherlands

Salary: €4,500 - €5,000 gross per month
We are currently looking for an HRBP for this well-established hotel group in Amsterdam.
This hotel group is very well known in the city and their 4* and 5* properties are well recognized by tourists and locals. We are looking for someone who has previous experience and loves working in a high-paced environment; this is a vibrant operation and, as such, needs a professional with a personality to match.
As the HRBP, you will be aligning the objectives for the business with your personnel and acting as the middle person between the staff and management; you will be integrating HR policy and keeping abreast of the latest legislation changes. You master the Dutch language and have previous experience in hotels.
