    Start: 27th May 2024 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver the utmost level of service to people who find themselves in an state of critical emergency or distress.

    Requirements

    Native/Fluent in German and English (B2), both orally and writtenProven experience in emergency response and/or working in a high-pressure emergency communication center environments would be preferredEmergency Services/Dispatcher qualification/experience from 6 months onwards.Demonstrated capacity to liaise with customers punctually is essentialStrong assessing skills with the ability share information with precision as well as to display great attention to detail while handling several communication tools simultaneously is essential for this rolePrior experience working with a CAD (computer assisted dispatch) application would be considered as a strong advantageFull working proficiency with MS Office is necessarySound knowledge of laws, protocols and compliance within an emergency services environment is preferableAgility with rotating scheduling which can include days, nights, and weekends as this will be a 24/7 operation with 5 days on and 2 days off per weekHolder of a recent in a CPR certification can be an advantageAny prior experience in emergency, fire or police dispatch will be considered as beneficial for this role.
