- Aan de hand van tekeningen, werkorders en specificaties bedien jij zelfstandig de CNC-bewerkingscentra;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zodanig instellen van de machine dat het verspaningsproces optimaal verloopt volgens de voorgeschreven procedures/programma's;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het product en het productieproces en je voert de voorgeschreven kwaliteits-/controleprocedures uit;
- Je bepaalt zelfstandig op basis van inzicht en ervaring de werkvolgorde;
- Je voert (preventief) onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan machines/gereedschappen en spanmiddelen;
- Je denkt en bouwt actief mee aan de toekomst van de afdeling.
- Je beschikt over MBO werk- en denkniveau, specifiek in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde of fijnmechanica;
- Je hebt ruime verspaningservaring, waarvan minimaal 4 jaar CNC-draaien;
- Je beschikt over ruime machinebesturingskennis, ruimtelijk inzicht en kennis en ervaring van materialen;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je beschikt over een grote mate van zelfstandigheid, inzicht, accuratesse en teamgeest;
- Je beschikt over kennis en kunde m.b.t. vorm- en plaatstoleranties en de gangbare meetmiddelen/kwaliteitssystemen;
- Je werkt in dagdienst of in het Verschoven Werktijden Systeem (VWS). De machinegroepen draaien bij KMWE 6 dagen per week (maandag t/m zaterdag) en jij draait een volledige werkweek in 3 dagen. Samen met je collega's van je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale bezetting van de machine en de indeling van je werkdagen.

Functieomschrijving
Als Insteller/Operator CNC draaier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van de meest geavanceerde machines. Je maakt gebruik van CNC draaimachines voor het produceren en leveren van complexe producten binnen de High Tech industrie volgens de hoogst mogelijke nauwkeurigheden. Tevens denk je mee in de bewerkingsstrategie, gereedschapskeuze, opspanningsmethode en kwaliteitsbeoordeling. KMWE beschikt over CNC draaimachines van o.a. Okuma Multus, Mori Seiki en DMG. Sommige zijn voorzien van aangedreven gereedschappen en/of een robot voor het laden en lossen van materiaal en gereedschappen.
