- Onboarding of new publishers.
- Technical troubleshooting.
- Optimization and management of header bidding and other third-party vendor technologies.
- Publisher analysis, optimization, and cross-selling.
- Prioritizing highest value opportunities for profitable results.
- Maintaining operational contact with commercial partners.
- Support on building the knowledge of the TAM team to optimize execution of technical issues and publishers optimisation.
- Support to keep knowledge base and tech/publishers related documentation always up to date.
- Troubleshooting and solving issues that are blockers for the TAM team
- Train team best practices for alignment with the project's goals, perform tests and debugging.
- Identify and plan the training needs for TAMs.
- Stay aware of the latest technologies to improve our solution.
- 5+ years of experience, with good knowledge of programmatic ads, digital media metrics and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Speaking more languages are a plus for the position.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, formats, KPIs, and technologies such as header bidding (SSPs, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
- Commercial mindset, passion for the product and company, and a can-do mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a changing, fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment.
- Desire to learn new technology quickly and translate product features into business benefits.
- Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g. JIRA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge and/or experience with ad servers is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology in the advertising landscape.
- Strong data-driven culture / analytical abilities.
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, open environment.
- Excellent customer service focus and client-centric orientation.
- Methodical, analytical mindset, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Genuine curiosity to learn how things work.
- Experience with digital marketing and advertising systems (e.g., GAM, Prebid, AppNexus, Rubicon, Teads, Viralize, or similar systems).
- Experience with Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Amazon equivalent.
- Experience at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
- Experience in an Ad Ops role working with a header bidding setup.
