    Do you have extensive experience as a Management Assistant? Do you have experience acting as a first contact for internal and external stakeholders? If so, Nutreco has an intriguing opportunity available as a Management Assistant for the CEO and one or two Functional Directors.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced management assistant prepared to offer comprehensive executive support to our CEO. In this role, you will oversee diary management, administration, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation for the CEO.

    Additionally, you will undertake specific projects or events, conduct research as needed, and provide high-level confidential support to the Chief Executive through thorough secretarial and administrative service.

    Document Preparation:
    Organize and prepare documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.

    Business Meetings/Events Arrangement:
    Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events

    Correspondence:

    Prepare reports, agendas, minutes of meetings, and tailored letters and emails for approval by a chief executive or functional director.


    Administration:

    Work on administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures to ensure they are fully in line with organizational needs.

    Handling Inquiries and
    Correspondence:

    Answer the Teams calls and assist callers or those making a broad range of inquiries by email or mail or other means with any requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues as necessary.

What you bring
    • 4+ years of professional working experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Dutch and English);
    • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects;
