• You have extensive customer contact. Besides engaging with external customers, the internal customer is also crucial to you. You ensure the safe arrival of the cargo by liaising with various airlines and shuttle transporters. You closely collaborate with the Brokerage department regarding the status of import or export declarations for air cargo shipments. Additionally, you maintain communication with the warehouse department regarding shipment statuses. At the Shuttle Planning department, you coordinate the delivery of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers in the Netherlands or abroad before the deadline.
• You proactively inform customers about the status of their shipments (ETA - estimated time of arrival and EDD - estimated delivery date) via the track & trace system and email, following agreed customer agreements and our clients Procedures.
• Troubleshooting and working with strict deadlines can be significant parts of your day.
• You also process incoming shipments that need to be transferred to the Export department if the air cargo shipment requires transfer.
• You compile the correct documentation, scan, and archive it to complete the dossier promptly for invoicing.

Minimum requirement: MBO diploma, preferably in logistics or administration.
* Preferably, prior work experience in air freight/logistics or administrative handling of air cargo shipments, but a passion for air freight is a minimum requirement.
* Flexibility is key; the air freight/logistics sector operates 24/7.
* Additionally, you possess excellent command of both Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
