De functie
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Groepsleider binnen onze productie (Parts) . Als groepsleider heb je de leiding over verschillende bewerkingsgroepen . De afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 20-25 medewerkers in verschillende ploegen en één of meerdere meewerkend voormannen .
In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van producten volgens planning . Je zorgt voor de beschikbaarheid van mensen , materialen , tooling en overige productiefaciliteiten.
In nauwe samenwerking met andere disciplines dek je het terrein SPQLTC af (Safety , People , Quality , Logistics , Technology en Cost ) op afdelingsniveau . Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid , de kwaliteit en de inzetbaarheid en continuïteit van de personele bezetting . Tevens zorg je ervoor dat de geleverde producten voldoen aan de specificaties en binnen de financiële doelstellingen geproduceerd worden .,
