The company is a world leader in nano imprinting lithography enabling mass manufacturing of AI powered devices They support global brands to deliver the next generation of consumer electronics while meeting the highest standards for performance cost efficiency and delivery timelines Against this background we are searching for qualified candidates for the position of Chief Financial Officer CFO The CFO will play a pivotal forward-looking role in transforming the company into a fully scalable investor-ready organization

Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Transformation Own and drive the companys financial strategy aligned with long-term growth and exit ambitions Ensure the company is always investor-ready with clear storytelling around the photonics business model Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and cash runway management Maintain a solid financial foundation house in order reporting controls compliance and governance Systems Reporting & Digitalization Oversee further professionalization of finance processes and reporting Lead the implementation of a basic ERP system planned for 2026 Drive digitalization of financial processes while keeping pragmatism and speed Coordinate external parties auditors tax advisors legal counsel International & Legal Structure Manage international legal entities EU China US including fiscal regulatory matters Ensure compliance with international tax transfer pricing corporate governance requirements Investor Stakeholder Management Act as a key spokesperson towards investors shareholders supervisory bodies Regularly engage with existing potential investors confident transparent credible Support fundraising activities future exit scenarios Leadership Organization Build mentor scale finance organization as companys grows Contribute actively to companys culture leadership team dynamics organizational development Candidate Profile Experience Background Corporate environment experience Successful scale-up or transformation experience Internationally very experienced different business cultures Strong background high-tech industries photonics semiconductors deep tech hardware plus Proven experience scaling organizations Investor relations fundraising Exit processes M&A IPO strategic sale Leadership Mindset Forward-looking energetic motivated personality Creative thinker building structures without slowing innovation Hands-on when needed strategic required Independent decision-maker does not wait permission keeps leadership aligned Comfortable public speaking representing company externally No micromanagement style works well environment high autonomy accountability Understands surprises unacceptable proactive transparent communicator Personal Characteristics Strong leadership presence adds value companys culture International mindset diverse background strongly preferred Preferably female candidates encouraged apply Next English Dutch mandatory EU work permit required Willing office days week Eindhoven For more information please contact Josien Leyer at Martijn Wigmans at
