- At least 5 years of experience in air freight and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages to communicate with customers.

Our client is a global provider of transportation and logistics services. With offices in more than 80 countries and a growing network of partners, they can arrange transportation anywhere in the world by air, sea, rail, courier services, or road and provide warehouse storage.
On a daily basis, you work together with your customer-oriented team. You are accountable for all operational activities and act as the point of contact for questions or issues, both internally and externally. Through your leadership, you enhance the job satisfaction and performance of your team.
As a healthcare team leader, you collaborate closely with your team, provide them with advice, and assist with inquiries. You also serve as the contact person for customers, both commercially and operationally. Additionally, you maintain good relationships with customers and collaborate with key account managers.
