We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our IT team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities of Scrum Master :
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of backlog items.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams identify and address impediments to their success.
Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices.
Ensure transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Functie-eisen Required Education and Experience of Scrum Master Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written HBO and/or WO diploma Minimum 3 years of experience as a scrum master within large/corporate organizations or non-profit organizations Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM1, or PSM2 SAFe Certification or willingness to get certified Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Experience with agile tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Arbeidsvoorwaarden What do we offer ?
