Underthe supervision of the Financial and Administrative Director, you will be incharge of the following tasks:
MISSIONS:
• Overall supervision ofGeneral Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Cash Management
• Develop and maintaininternal control, policies, and procedures for the area of responsibilities
• Validation of Payrollthru justification of various required reports in co-ordination with HRdepartment
• Finalize the trialbalance and prepare financial statements (Balance sheet, P&L and cash flow)with the required detail of explanations
• Calculate and declare taxes.
• Assist in month endfinancial closing and reporting to Financial and Administrative Director
• Bank Reconciliations,petty cash reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in fund flowmanagement and working capital management to Financial and AdministrativeDirector
• Produce monthlyManagement Information System reports
• Handle bankingtransactions with reference to Import documents, LCs, tender guarantees,performance guarantees, ODs, short term loans and so on under supervision ofFinancial and Administrative Director
• Verify the petty cashpayments made by cashier on daily basis and do the cash verification
• Verify supplier invoiceswith all supporting mechanism and validate for payment
• Participate in therecruitment and training of Accounts Department employees and monitor themagainst their job profile/ job descriptions
• Cost tracking, monitoringand controls
• Follow up of collectionand allocation of payments received from clients against invoices outstanding
• Record all checks andbank transfer payment
• Investigate and resolvecustomer queries on billing with the assistance of Accounts Receivable team
• Verification ofEmployment Completion settlements, and Vacation settlements prepared by HRdepartment
• Maintain a filing systemfor financial documents
• Assist internal andexternal auditors by providing necessary information and documentation andensure that audits are concluded in timely manner
• Replace Accounts going on vacation (as and when required)
• Ensuring group accounting rules are applied
Perfil
PROFILE:
• A higher diploma inaccountancy
• Experience in a similarposition from 3 to 5 years
• Thorough knowledge ofExcel is mandatory
• English fluent, Dutch is a plus,French is a plus
• Dutch tax regulation knowledge
• Dynamic, results oriented
• Availability to work 100% from office
Compensation:
A 12 months contract with a high possibility of extension to permanent after the first year.
