- Drafting, monitoring, and challenging budgets regarding vessel related projects
- Acting as a financial business partner for fleet managers/teams and project leaders of repair or modification projects
- Compiling various management reports and conducting business economic analyses at BU and project levels
- Ensuring accurate processing of transactions related to investments/modifications, repairs, and equipment rentals
- Managing relationships at the project and business unit level
- Participating in various (partial) projects to support the business unit controller in further developing and professionalizing the controlling function of the department.
- Have At least 3 to 5 years' relevant work experience as (Project/Business) controller in a similar environment
- A Bachelor's in Finance
- In-depth knowledge of Excel

Make your mark as Projectcontroller Fleet Management at Boskalis and oversee the assets of highly specialized vessels used for Boskalis' projects. Together with a team of Fleet Projectcontrollers, you will guide the business to make sure we achieve the best results. Serve as the financial steward of the fleet management department, providing current management information to support the business.
Managing our fleet of approximately 900 ships and equipment is a challenging job. Our Vessels are used for a wide range of maritime projects. As Fleet Projectcontroller you are on top of financial analyses of every aspect regarding these vessels. For example; You can be involved in a repair maintenance project, a project regarding a newly built ship or a project regarding a large conversion of a vessel so it can be transferred to another project. Naturally, we find it important you work closely with your colleagues involved in the projects that use the vessels. Smart innovations and modifications are continuously needed to keep achieving the best results in our projects. As Fleet Projectcontroller, you will work from our Campus in Papendrecht and travel to projects/locations worldwide regularly.
