- Je controleert op periodieke basis of de personeelsadministratie van de klant nog overeenkomt met administratie van de verzekeraars;
- Je controleert door middel van eigen berekeningen de facturen van de verzekeraars;
- Je beheert klantportefeuilles waarbij je wijzigingen in het personeelsbestand van werkgevers omzet in mutaties voor diverse verzekeraars;
- Je bent onderdeel van projectteams;
- Je bouwt aan interne relaties en het effectief samenwerken binnen het team en ondersteunt (senior) collega's bij de uitvoering van klantopdrachten;
- Je beantwoordt telefonisch en per e-mail vragen van onze klanten en collega's;
- Je werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig binnen een omlijnd kader en binnen afgesproken budgetten en planning;
- Je ontwikkelt technische en operationele kennis en vaardigheden;
- Je voldoet aan de verwachtingen die de klant heeft en wil deze voorbijstreven.
