    Enterprise Talent Director

    Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced talent manager to join our Talent Development team and help us drive the development of leadership successors. You will work closely with Head of Talent Development and a team of Talent Development Partners to identify enterprise talents and ensure they receive the right experiences and development inputs to strengthen our bench.

    You will also leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our talent management initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in talent management and leadership development. Additionally, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Above all you should have a passion for developing people and helping them achieve their full potential.

    Your role:

    • Work with Head of Talent Development to strengthen internal leadership succession by executing the career and development plans for the enterprise talent pool and succession plans for leadership and critical roles,
    • Partner with the leadership development team to design, and monitor talent development programs to accelerate the career and development of this talent pool,
    • Engage with the talent development partnering team to drive identification of the enterprise succession pool and ensure development through experience and leadership interventions,
    • C ontinuously review the enterprise talent processes , data and systems ecosystem to strengthen them in partnership with people analytics and people services teams.

    You're the right fit if:

    • You have relevant education and 10+ years of experience in HR area with at least 5 years in a global matrix organization,
    • You have proven experience connected with Talent Management and Development, with strength in data analysis,
    • You have a strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends,
    • Your communication, stakeholder management, leading and influencing skills are excellent. You are keen to collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies,
    • You are hands -on, able to set the strategy and execute it. You have strong project/change management and organizational skills.
