As a Trilingual Customer Support Specialist your role is to be the point of contact for customers throughout North Europe.

These are hospitality businesses with questions related to ordering professional catering equipment. The advice that you will provide will range from queries to do with delivery, commercial issues and general support.


Outbound contact:
following up on quotes, informing existing customers about new productions Requirements Our client is looking for someone who:
Has an excellent level of English, Dutch & German
Has received at least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) and can work and think at that level
Has experience with customer support: both in a commercial and service-oriented capacity
Is eventually available in the weekends for 4 to 6 hours, working from home (at extra pay)
