You are end-to-end responsible for Epics (including updates on status / progress and impediment) You create Epic related documents and pro-actively manage all stakeholders (both FMCC and non-FMCC) that are involved in the realization of the epics. You estimate BAU impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with the Process managers.

Duration – Minimum 1 year contract

Language – Fluent English (Verbal and written)

Main roles and responsibilities

As an Epic owner

• You are end-to-end responsible for Epics (including updates on status / progress and impediment)
• You create Epic related documents and pro-actively manage all stakeholders (both FMCC and non-FMCC) that are involved in the realization of the epics.
• You estimate BAU impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with the Process managers.
• You take part in the team stand-ups, refinement, and planning sessions.
• You are setting clear priorities in the Epic delivery.
• You transfer change to our execution locations in two locations following correct governance including sign-off from the COE, second line parties and execution locations.
• You hold in-depth knowledge on FM regulations (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR etc.) to deliver regulatory changes.

We are looking for

Competencies and experience (must have)

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the financial sector
• At least 3 years proven track record in delivering change, preferably with an Agile Way of Working
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and experienced in working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets business, KYC regulation and financial institutions (brokers, CCP's, venues etc.)
• Deep knowledge and experience in following FM regulations (at the least few of the below is required which should include MiFID/EMIR)
• EMIR
• MIFID
• SFTR
• Dodd Frank
• FINSA
• MAS
• Proven experience and ability in end-to-end implementation of new FM regulations and/or enhancements/changes to existing regulations
• Ability to translate the regulatory requirements into clear policy/procedure, design solution blueprint and prepare roadmap for implementation.
• Experience with outsourcing locations / delivery centres
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and able to present your work and ideas structured and clear.
