    Job Description

    Information and reception:

    · Welcome guests at the reception; customers, suppliers, employees, ..

    · Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person/department

    · Provide general information, refer and connect customers in a professional manner

    · Register visitors; issue and collect visitor badges

    Administration and support:

    · Mail handling (sorting incoming mail, regular mail, couriers, parcels)

    · Mailbox management

    · Inventory management and ordering (flowers, office supplies, ..)

    · Copying and printing activities

    · Meeting rooms reservations

    · Taxi reservations

    · Service desk management: reporting, guiding maintenance parties, administration

    · Ensuring an organized and tidy reception, meeting rooms and waiting area

    Other:

    · BHV team member

    Qualifications

    · MBO work and thinking level

    · Good computer skills M365

    · Dutch and English spoken and written

    · Competences:

    · Good communication skills

    · Representative

    · Service oriented

    · Stress resistant

    · Flexible and independent

    · Available 24 hours a week/0.6 fte (3 days a week; Friday + two tbd); flexible in changing days during holidays/absence. Working hours: pm
