Wat ga je doen?

Weet je als geen ander wat er speelt op een uitzendbureau? Ben je de senior consultant die, samen met het team, de commerciële en operationele acties een boost kan geven? Je voelt je thuis in de logistieke en industriële wereld. En wordt blij van de vele contacten met onze klanten en uitzendkrachten

Je gaat je als senior consultant dagelijks bezig houden met de openstaande vacatures. En zorgt dat je deze onder controle hebt. Je gaat actief op zoek naar de best passende kandidaten. En doet er alles aan om deze kandidaten binnen te halen. Heb je een ander creatief idee om passende kandidaten binnen te halen? Dan word je alleen maar aangemoedigd Ook het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten past bij je Je regelt dus alles vanaf de sollicitatie totdat de kandidaat aan het werk gaat bij jouw klanten.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor UBN en externe partijen. Daarnaast werk je, samen met Mandy, de senior vestigingsmanager, mee aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van het vestigingsplan. En de accountplannen voor acquisitie, relatiebeheer, commerciële acties, omzet en werving van uitzendkrachten.

Onze vacatures variëren van logistieke tot industriële functies, van magazijnmedewerker tot aan productie manager. Of het nu een baan voor de lange termijn of een klus voor een maand is. Je weet welke kandidaat het beste past bij onze logistieke en industriële klanten

Je wordt onze senior consultant binnen een gezellig team op de Schoutstraat in hartje centrum Almere. Samen met Jennifer, Michael, Mandy en Kathelijne draag je bij aan het doorzetten van de groei van onze vestiging

Kortom, je toont veel initiatief, pakt je eigen verantwoordelijkheid. En je wil graag een meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van UBN in Almere

De nieuwe senior consultant die we zoeken heeft

minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de uitzendbranche;
een hbo werk- en denkniveau;
ervaring in het leidinggeven en coachen van teamleden;
een rijbewijs B

Als senior consultant krijg je

een salaris tussen de € 2800,00 en € 3500,00 bruto per maand;
Eindejaarsbonus tot 16% van je bruto jaarsalaris;

27 vakantiedagen en 3 extra vrije dagen door onze niet-ziek regeling;
heel veel opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden;
de allerleukste uitjes, etentjes en weekendjes weg

We hebben vestigingen in Almere, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Groningen, Rotterdam, Schiphol-Rijk, Utrecht en 9 in-house vestigingen. Met deze vestigingen hebben we een flexibele, platte en resultaatgerichte organisatie. UBN richt zich op logistieke, industriële en administratieve functies tot en met mbo-niveau.
