    who are you

    You are the link between the customer and the operation. You will have to deal with daily questions from the customer about the order flow, you manage and monitor this process. Speaking Dutch is not necessary. Some experience in Logistics will help.

    • MBO+ working and thinking level;
    • At least 2 years of experience as a customer service employee in a logistics environment;
    • Customer-friendly attitude;
    • Ability to work well together and have good communication skills;
    • Knowledge of MS office package;
    • Good knowledge of the English language
    what will you do

    In your role as a customers service representative you are responsible for the daily support of the customer. Moduslink works at the location of this customer at Schiphol. Moduslink is responsible for the boxing activities in the warehouse. You ensure that all communication between ModusLink and the customer runs smoothly. You will support the Business. Manager in all possible areas, so that customer wishes are translated into concrete results.

    • Communicating via email and telephone with both the customer and the internal ModusLink departments
    • Investigate all kinds of questions and problems and provide the customer with an answer and solution
    • Manage and monitor the daily order flow and support other order management activities
    • Supporting the pricing and invoicing process
    • Support for projects

    ModusLink is a large international logistic company. In the Netherlands we have a warehouse in Venray and in

    Amsterdam. From these locations we offer supply-chain solutions to various international customers. There is a informal atmosphere with an open-door policy within ModusLink.
