Our client, a global Tier-1 telecommunications leader, is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Data & Business Intelligence to lead their analytics function.
In this leadership role, you will transform data into actionable insights that directly influence commercial decisions, network strategy, and market growth.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a world-class sales and network intelligence capability, shaping the future of analytics within a top-tier, innovative organization.
Establish and implement the sales intelligence strategy to drive business objectives.
Lead the regional BI team, coordinating with a dedicated BI team to ensure alignment and consistency.
Build and maintain robust, market-leading databases of company, customer, network, and market data; ensure accessibility and usability for non-technical stakeholders.
Deliver actionable analysis and present insights to management in clear, data-driven visualisations.Enhance customer network planning and develop tools that support sales teams in driving demand for company assets.
Provide intelligence on customer network behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Support pricing optimisation, asset placement recommendations, and strategic initiatives to maximise business growth.
Partner with IT and BI teams to procure and manage analysis tools and ensure smooth data operations.
Take on additional projects as required by senior leadership.
Requirements
Master's degree in data analytics, business, or related field. MBA or advanced analytics experience preferred.
10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally within telecom or real estate.
Exceptional expertise in telecommunication, Telco network intelligence, and analytics preferred.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Solid business acumen with experience partnering across business areas to achieve organisational objectives.
Leadership skills to manage competing priorities, drive alignment, and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
