    Ben jij de rode draad die jouw gezellige team in Den Bosch laat shinen en maximaal presteren. Jouw missie? Een Happy klantenbase, groei en een gemotiveerd topteam. Jij bent een commerciële en betrokken leidinggevende met bij voorkeur leidinggevende ervaring in de uitzend- en/of zorgbranche. Voor het team van HappyNurse Den Bosch zijn wij op zoek naar een vestigingsmanager die naast de managementtaken meewerkt op de planning, om samen met je gedreven collega's onze vestiging naar de top te brengen. Bij de sollicitatieprocedure hoort ook een dagdeel meedraaien, zodat je ook een goed beeld krijgt van HappyNurse.

    Over het werk

    Jouw belangrijkste taak is het behalen van topresultaten bij onze klanten door een uitstekende dienstverlening te bieden met de juiste productiviteit en kwaliteit. Je zorgt dat de afspraken in contracten, KPI's en SLA's worden nageleefd en houdt de match tussen onze flexoplossingen en de behoeften van onze klanten in de gaten. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en bespreekt prestaties en uitdagingen op tactisch niveau met de klant, om de klantbetrokkenheid te waarborgen. Door proactief in te spelen op de wensen van de klant, werk je aan verbeterde financiële resultaten door financiële uitgaven te minimaliseren, terwijl we de afspraken met klanten en het vestigingsbudget op peil houden. Je breidt onze service uit bij de klant door op de hoogte te blijven van ontwikkelingen in het segment en door met voorstellen te komen.

    Als vestigingsmanager van het team organiseer je dagelijks de dagstart en maandelijks het teamoverleg. Je zorgt voor een goede sfeer binnen het team en samenwerking met andere vestigingen, viert successen met het team en je waarborgt efficiënte en effectieve werkprocessen.

    Wat wij vragen

  • Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring bij voorkeur in de uitzendbranche;
  • Je bent in het bezit van je SEU of staat ervoor open om dit te gaan halen via ons;
  • Jij kan goed plannen en hebt een commerciële drive;
  • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen, goed overzicht kunnen bewaren en snel kunnen schakelen is een must;
  • Jij bent een organisatietalent, pro actief en service gericht;
  • Je hebt een gezonde dosis humor.

    • Wat wij bieden

  • Een uitdagende en zelfstandige functie in een gezellig team;
  • Een brutosalaris tussen de € 3100,- en € 4800,- per maand;
  • Een auto van de zaak;
  • Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling;
  • 25 vakantiedagen (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek);
  • Reiskosten vergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer;
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
