- Contribute significantly to internal reporting deliverables such as Flash reporting, Executive Committee pack, Management accounts, and supporting analysis.
- Actively participate in preparing quarterly bond reports and annual accounts.
- Assist in the consolidation and presentation of budget and quarterly reforecasts.
- Collaborate closely with central and divisional finance teams for monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Prepare technical accounting papers.
- Provide support and analysis for quarter and year-end external reporting processes.
- Perform and present analysis on Group Key Performance Indicators.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other Group functions (FP&A, Tax, Treasury), as well as divisional and country finance teams.
- Take ownership of additional ad hoc projects to support the Group and Group Finance function.
- Assist with external audit queries and requests.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group consolidation process.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Extensive experience in Big 4 and/or international consolidation environments, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in Close Process within a multinational Group function preferred.
- Exposure to multi-currency consolidation and annual Budgeting processes.
- Strong understanding of reporting systems preferred (HFM & SAP).
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting issues.
- Highly motivated with excellent initiative, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Energetic, self-motivated, with the ability to drive projects to completion.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, with a can-do attitude.

We're looking for a Consolidation Manager to help prepare and coordinate consolidated results for our global operations, comprising about 50 facilities across 21 countries using HFM (Hyperion Financial Management). Your role involves ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient consolidation processes, including monthly closing and support for internal and external reporting deliverables. This position plays a crucial role in our Group Finance function, collaborating closely with various teams including Group Treasury, Group Tax, and other colleagues within our organization.
