    About Role:

    As Service Now consultant we will provide software configuration across various technical areas while analyzing and developing technical requirement. Defining technical scope and providing technical advisory services to clients implementing ServiceNow.

    Who are you?

    · Being part of a small DevOps team, for a ServiceNow instance used to service business partners in the SME-segment.

    · Working closely with users and management to clarify wishes and translate them into effective solutions. Being able to give advice on technical best practices and how to utilize the platform better to support business needs. Can communicate clearly with stakeholders if needed.

    · Helps to refine stories and is able to realize them in sprints. Has extensive technical knowledge and experience in order to develop technical solutions and lead other developers in realizing stories.

    · Mainly responsible for developing and driving the development of innovations on our roadmap, but is also able to solve incidents when they arise and jump in on operational tasks when needed.

    What do you bring?

    · Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.

    · At least 3 years of work experience in the service management application domain with ServiceNow.

    · Demonstrable knowledge of AngularJS and other script / programming programs (Java, JavaScript, xml, html);

    · Excellent command of the English language in word and writing.

    · Excellent cooperation qualities.
