- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the life science business
- Identify new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Network with key decision-makers at C-suite and operational levels
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
- Manage sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Evaluate customer needs and provide timely solutions
- Enhance sector network involvement through active participation in associations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in quality system standards and a (pharmaceutical) GMP environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with various tools and systems
- Resilient, eager to learn, straightforward, and innovative
- Permanent contract (with 2-month probation period)
