    Job Description

    We're looking for a new coffee champion who has an ambition to manage global category and drive business development in our Away From Home division called "Coffee Solutions". Internally position is called Global Cross-Sell Category Specialist. This role oversees the so called Cross-Sell categories, which are all categories beside coffee like cocoa, milk & milk creamer, porcelain, paper cups. These categories are critical to our customers as we offer a full experience.

    An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it Being responsible for Global Cross-Sell Category you will be asked to develop our cross sell category and drive the business in 8 coffee solutions countries

  • Develop and execute global x-sell strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring a competitive and innovative product portfolio.
  • Develop the business by leveraging new and existing products and propositions
  • Project management and x-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with local customer solutions teams to localize and implement global x-sell initiatives, considering cultural nuances and market-specific dynamics.

Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a very good level of strategic and analytical thinking as well as a solid understanding of your own added value.
