- Drive the implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement of our design system, collaborating with other designers and creative stakeholders to govern and uphold a unified design language that reflects the Rituals brand aesthetic.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design component, bridging the gap between design and development teams and safeguard the quality of the delivery.
- Inspire and mentor designers in contributing and maintaining the design system.
- Actively contribute to the creation of prototypes to bring concepts to life and elevate Rituals' digital experiences.
- Engage in a variety of digital creative projects, including website design, app interfaces, email templates, and partner sites, ensuring alignment with the design system.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital design role, with a focus on UI design and design systems.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience in working with design systems.
- The ability to bring ideas to life via prototypes – to test and feel the design and to help our stakeholders and partners understand our vision for the experience.
- Know-how in aligning design system deliverables with development
- Strong art direction skills, rooted in a deep understanding of brand aesthetics and content strategy.
- Up-to-date with digital design and e-commerce trends and brands.

This role is tailored for a detail-oriented Senior Digital Designer (Design System), for 40 hours per week, you will:
As part of our wider Digital Design Team, you'll collaborate on innovative concepts, translating them into actionable design assets and prototypes. Your fellow creatives include UI designers, Digital Designers, Motion Designers, and other specialists, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
Within the broader UX team, you'll collaborate with approximately 10 motivated colleagues in UX, Service Design, and Design Operations, collectively driving the evolution of Rituals' digital experience.
