    Description

    The Controller's duties involve controlling, accounting and reporting of the EMEA region. You are responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting to the stakeholders. You will also manage the EMEA finance team (5.6 FTE) and report directly to the Group Controller. You collaborate with the other regional controllers of APAC and Americas.

    Main responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate reporting of financial data for the entities in the EMEA region, including the preparation of the reporting packages.
  • Coordination of the monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Prepare the forecast and budget per entity in collaboration with the business.
  • Prepare and participate in the Monthly Business Review meeting.
  • Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and timely recorded.
  • Primary point of contact for Company's external auditors and other financial consultants or authorities.
  • Prepare the monthly forecast and yearly budget per entity.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies and J-SOX.
  • Collaborate with Group Controller for initiating, changing and implementation of financial policies, procedures and financial controls.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements.
  • You proactively discuss the progress and quality of the work with your team and the Group Controller.
  • You proactively discuss the financial results with the management team and other stakeholders.
