    Purpose

    This role ensures the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy following the legislation, which aims to respect the environment, ethics, and societal issues and to improve the Division's productivity and thus, its economic health

    Key Missions

  • Defines a CSR strategy composed of pillars for the Division, and for each pillar, there are objectives and action plans associated
  • Coordinates and implements action plans, with the support of the CSR ambassadors and sponsors
  • Sets up resources, processes, and governance in line with the strategy, leads a network of CSR ambassadors and monitors with them the progress of actions launched
  • Provides a monthly update to the community ambassador on the progress of actions (newsletters)
  • Monitors and implements legal and regulatory aspects of CSR, monitors trends in CSR (environmental, ethics, social, sustainability, �)
  • Implements and tracks CSR training for employees
  • Writes processes (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Ethics) and deploys them at the division level, with support from relevant departments
  • Analyzes CSR data (environment and people) provided by the sites (production, customization services, tertiary) to align with the CSR objectives (energy consumption, diversity)
  • Builds yearly reports such as the Due Diligence Plan (French legal obligation) and CSR Report to share with the stakeholders the progress and be compliant with regulations and standards
  • Focus on ISO: Implements and deploys Environmental Management System at a global level based on ISO141 Standards and ISO451
  • Contributes to ISO Certification campaign
  • Maintains the monthly CSR scorecard
  • Implements CSR strategy
  • Manages situations in a multicultural context, with the guidance of experienced people
  • Consolidates and analyzes data and KPIs
