    SolidNature has evolved into an international Luxury Lifestyle Brand specializing in high-end natural stone. We deliver complex, custom-made projects for leading architects, designers, and high-end interior studios worldwide.

    To support our continued growth in a structured and controlled way, we are looking for a Finance Director who takes full ownership of finance and advises the management team based on data, analysis, and business intelligence.

    You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team.

    Your Role

    Full responsibility for SolidNature's financial operations

    Leading and further professionalizing the finance function

    Ensuring accurate, reliable and transparent financial administration

    Preparing and analyzing:

    • Management reports
    • Budgets and forecasts
    • Cash flow and liquidity planning

    Advising the CEO and MT on:

    • Strategic decisions
    • Financial risks and opportunities
    • Growth and optimization initiatives

    Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and internal controls

    Ownership of data quality, financial structure and business intelligence

    Further development and optimization of AFAS as the core business system

    Coaching and developing the finance team

    Must-haves

    • Senior finance professional with end responsibility for finance for minimal 7 years
    • Strong accounting and analytical foundation
    • Proven experience with AFAS (implementation and/or optimization)
    • Experience with management reporting, forecasting and business analysis
    • Ability to translate financial data into clear MT-level advice
    • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulation
    • Management-level mindset: strategic and hands-on
    • Experience in a growing, project-driven organization is a plus

    Om onze verdere groei professioneel en gecontroleerd te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een Finance Director die volledige eindverantwoordelijkheid neemt voor finance en het managementteam adviseert op basis van analyse, data en business intelligence.

    Je rapporteert direct aan de CEO en maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam.

    Jouw rol

    Eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële huishouding van SolidNature

    Leidinggeven aan de financiële afdeling en verdere professionalisering

    Zorgen voor een kloppende, inzichtelijke en betrouwbare administratie

    Opstellen en analyseren van:

    • Managementrapportages
    • Budgetten en forecasts
    • Cashflow- en liquiditeitsplanningen

    Adviseren van CEO en MT over:

    • Strategische keuzes
    • Financiële risico's en kansen
    • Groei- en optimalisatie mogelijkheden

    Borgen van wet- en regelgeving, compliance en interne controles

    Verantwoordelijk voor datakwaliteit, structuur en financiële intelligence

    Doorontwikkeling en optimalisatie van AFAS als centraal bedrijfsplatform

    Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het finance team

    Must-haves

    • Senior finance professional met eindverantwoordelijkheid voor finance. Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring..
    • Sterke boekhoudkundige en analytische basis
    • Aantoonbare ervaring met AFAS (implementatie en/of optimalisatie)
    • Ervaring met managementrapportages, forecasting en business analysis
    • In staat om financiële data te vertalen naar concrete adviezen voor het MT
    • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving en financiële compliance
    • Managementniveau: strategisch sterk én hands-on
    • Ervaring in een groeiende, projectgedreven organisatie is een pré
