- Organization of necessary resources for the proper provision of service.
- Define, together with the kitchen manager and establishment management, the services to be provided.
- Essential training in hospitality/hotel management or similar
- Additional training in wines, mixology, marketing, etc., will be a plus.
- High level of English
- Experience in managing large restaurants with high gastronomy concepts and assets in marketing and commercialization.
- Experience in organized fashion restaurant chains/groups with volume and extensive staff will be valued.
- Accustomed to managing people, controlling costs, and using KPIs.
- No hotel experience required.
- Flexible, creative, methodical, and with a knack for human relations.
