ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – EINDHOVEN

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?

You will coordinate the operational warehouse team daily and monitor its progress Within the team you divide the work and you investigate problems that arise. You also coach your team in their development and provide input to the Warehouse Supervisor for performance development. • Managing and coordinating your warehouse team on a daily basis;
• Coaching the team in their development;
• Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor in personnel planning and performance development;

• Taking care of the safety within the departments with other (Assistant) Warehouse Supervisors;

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

You will work at our location in Eindhoven, where there is a warehouse of 45,000 m2. There you will manage a team of 10 till 20 employees and you will do this in shifts. Of course you don't do this alone In addition to your warehouse team, you often work together with other Team Coordinators and the Warehouse Supervisor, to whom you report. • A gross salary between € 2.422 and € 3.184 depending on your work experience and level of education;
