- Providing internal IT support to all staff members.
- Providing application and configuration support for MS Dynamics F&O.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key performance metrics and business trends.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide hardware and software promptly.
- Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets.
- Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects.
- Assisting the IT and Applications Manager in achieving ISO 27001 certification by implementing and maintaining security controls and policies.
- Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness.
- Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap.
- At least 3 years experience in an IT desk/support related role.
- Bachelors in Computer engineering, Networking, IT or any related course
- Experience with Client/Server technologies.
- You have experience with MS Dynamics F&O.
- Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365.
- Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets.
- Proficient in asset and inventory management.
- Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation/configuration of new systems.
- Knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting & analytics tools is a plus.
- You are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.

THE ROLE
As IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering first-line IT support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving networking issues, managing Azure-based systems and services and with MS Dynamics F&O experience.
