NH Arnhem Rijnhotel is located near the Center of Arnhem right on the banks of the river Rhine. Especially in the summer our guests can enjoy the perfect view over the river Rhine on our sunny terrace. Most of our business guests are welcomed during weekdays and the leisure guests we welcome during the weekends.


We are a small hotel and know all our regular guests by heart, which ensures a homely and relaxed atmosphere on the job.

We are a small close-knit team who always goes the extra mile for both our guests and each other because we see ourselves as one big family.

What are you going to do?
As a Front Office Trainee you are one of the most important representatives of the hotel. You are (partly) responsible for providing a great experience for every hotel guest.

After a training period, you will check in and out independently and you perform all administrative actions that are necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel.

You maintain close contact with the guests, answer all their questions and provide them with a variety of information. You will also learn skills in the field of upselling and complaint handling. And most important, you will create a great team atmosphere so all guests are welcomed with a smile.
