The Job

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report quality issues, taking appropriate actions and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Monitor and improve production processes, ensuring accurate measurements and quality standards for new and existing products.
• Coordinate sorting of rejected materials and maintain status overviews.
• Conduct and actively participate in various audits (Internal/supplier/external).
• Develop and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Participate in improvement projects and support production departments in quality-related matters.
• Implement improvement programs to enhance quality, deliveries, reduce cycle time, and minimize costs.

The Profile

Requirements:

• Minimum HBO education, preferably in a technical field.
• Demonstrated 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with continuous improvement/lean programs (Green Belt).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D methodologies.
• Preferably, experience with various audits.
